The character of 'Cracow's Ducat' award is promotional, and it's been given not to a company but a certain person who has established, or is running it; It mentions & honours people for achieved economic results, invention, ability to share sucess with enviroment in which that person runs his business.

The prizewinner in 'Company CEO' category is BRK's Chairman of the Board Elżbieta Koterba.
