Design is located on place of former Chemical Factory "Bonarka" at Puszkarska st. and planned Shopping mall at Kamieńskiego st..

The composition of this complex makes clear functional division between public interiors and half-public ones, connecting estate space with commercial precinct space of N-S axis. Square with a chimney play role of dominant is becoming central place of the arragement. Its facades consist among others of office building and a hotel with restaurant open to the interior of the square. Housing complexes neighbouring the square are situated in such manner to derive individual half-private interiors. Due to situation close to greenery, interors are open to south. Housing blocks are 9 storey high with undergrounde garages. These apartment blocks are clad with brick on outer walls facing streets, and in courtyards they are plastered, glazed and have got industrial detail (steel hollow shapes, trusses, turn buckles etc.)
