Slawka Residential Estate

Multi-family housing complex at W.Slawka st. Krakow architectural concept.

Complex consists of three 12-storey apartment blocks with commercial venues at ground level, and three 6-storey one without commerce.
Despite big difference in height each one of them is equipped with same features of detail, color, and flat roof geometry. Bright facades are scattered with accents of dark box-like lements, serving as balconies and loggias. Their inner wall are cald with wood in some area. The arragment of building allows creation of half-private spaces withing inner "courthyard"for habitants of the complex. Within the complex, next to a site of some old oaks, there is an enclave of recreation and playgrounds form children.
