Elżbieta Koterba - Chairman of Board of Krakow Development Office stock corporation -   Architect   and Urbanist. Since 1980 engaged in Spatial planning & Architecture.
Author of a number of city and municipal land development plans, including honoured with Ministerial Ist Prizes for outstanding achievements for plans of Zamosc and Tarnow.
Author of many architectural, mixed-use residential-commercial complexes and public buildings designs.
Has got thorough profesional experiance as a result of being both an architect & urbanist and a company manager, together with devoting self to social work.
She is a member of General Board of Housing Developer Association, vice-president of The Employers Union of Malopolska and a director of Revision Comission of the Cracow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Sebastian Chwedeczko - Vice Chairman of Board of Krakow Development Office  - Architect   and Urbanist.
Faculty of Architecture graduate at Cracow University of Technology. Finished individual course plan studies and obtained honorable mention for thesis project in 2000.
From December 2000 to June 2001 co-worker of a Chair of Regional Architecture under professor Andrzej Skoczek guidance.
In July 2001 became Head of Architecture Department in Cracow Development Office. Bound with Cracow Development Office on subsequent positions of Department Manager, Executive and now Vice Chairman of Board.
Author of many land development plans and architectural designs.
Since 2003 a member of Malopolska Chamber of Architects.
Laureate of many honorable mentions in architectural competitions. Participant of science conferences.
