Area of plan (194,5 ha) is located in southern part of Krakow, belonging to District VIII "Dębniki". Area is bound by: north side by A4 highway - south Ringway of Krakow, east side by Działkowskiego st. and water stream, south side by railroad Krakow Skawina and boundary of Krakow city, and west side by Skotnicka st. and city boundary.
A4 highway amd railroad from the south "cut of" this part of Sidzina from the centre of Krakow moving its connections to Skawina region. Development of this area is charactistic for traditional spatial disposition of sub-urban area. Housing estates is formed on historic urban tissue of old-Sidzina and carries on along roads.
Whole area lies withing city infrastucture accessibility zone, benfiting in easy servicing of planned land.
